When you manage a blog and you see your readers mount start to increase, you want to post more and more every single day. But what about these days when you are down, busy or simply you DON’T want to blog ? I received 3 mails with this question this last days and I found it very interesting, may be you don’t believe me but the answer is pretty simple.
Why to blog ?
This question is linked with the other one. The first blogging objective is to express yourself and your ideas! although there is people who blog just for money and eventually they will be leaving their blogs, without motivation you have nothing…I going to ask you something : Why do you blog ? In my case, I just blog because I like it and I feel the interest and motivation to do it. But there are moments in our days where probably you are tired and you don’t have the feeling to blog, what would you do?, should you post or not?
In those moments when you have not the feeling to blog, simply DON’T. If you blog in those conditions, you will do it bad and bored, also your readers will notice it! would be better to wait to other day and write a good post with quality. Posting everyday won’t make you better than other bloggers, indeed sometimes is better to wait one or two days and accumulate a good content quantity to then post it and kick some ass
.
So, write or not write frequently? thats something you may graduate because every people have different rhythm. If you have the feeling to post everyday with good quality, DO IT but if you don’t, just wait, take you some free days and do something inspiring to you like playing a musical instrument, visiting the mountain or just siting down in your garden, whatever inspiring thing to you could help you to find the motivation you need.

Hey! my name is Javier but you can call me Javo, everybody does.
trying to blog daily can be a challenge. A good thing to have in your WP are post drafts on several things you wanted to get out on the day you were eager. im sure a lot of bloggers have those days where they made 5 posts about different things. save 2 for days like these and you’ll be fine.
Point well taken gasmoney.
Taking notes would also help. When you see something interesting make a note about it, this would help you a lot if you have a busy schedule.
Doing it everyday can be hard. But sometimes, if you have enough oomph you can write like 3 posts in one day but save the extra ones for a day when you can’t write.

Great write-up.
I like this. Very important and clearly laid down.
-don’t write when you are not inspired
-write more than one post when you are very inspired
-allow a hot post for a little longer before you post another
-a very bad post is worse than not posting at all.
…at times, very obvious rules are easy to see but not given so much importance until you fail to see them.
Cheers!
