Learning From 2007

January 1st, 2008

Written by Mr Javo

From Blogger to WordpressThe last year was great for me, principally because I became a blogger. When you decide to create a blog in addition of the will, you must to have the determination to keep it up to date. Many people who want to be bloggers and have no such determination, write as crazies the first week, even the second. But the passage of time, when they have 1 or 2 months, stop writing with the same frequency. Gradually they bore what they do ( perhaps because they blog for money or just do something anyhow not fascinated ) and they sets aside the blog and ignore it completely. Last year I was learning about marketing, seo and blogging tips, and actually I keep doing it, this world never stop. However I was posting everything I learned and I will continue doing it, thats the point  .

It is assumed that I should give you some statistics of my site as all bloggers has been done, but as you know this domain is relatively new and therefore, I have no statistics to offer, but I promise when I get significant figures I will share them with you. For those who follow me from my old blog know more or less the project that I have, but for those who don’t know about it, I will share it again. I already got my own domain, now with that, I am ready to expand me in the online marketing world, then I’ll write an ebook, which I already gave the first impressions and the respective critiques were very well received, thanks to all those who downloaded the content.

Don’t forget to participate in the Entrecard Contest, there is a good chance to win even if you joined in the last hour because the winner will be selected randomly  .

I too would write a lot for a week or so and then become less active.
Then I realized why.
It is because each of my blogs were too specific for me to constantly come up with topics.
Hence why I ended up combining all 3 of them in order to make an easier blog range for me to post in ^^.

That’s good, now you can dedicate completely to that blog, your post will be more varied and so your blog will be more fun

Something I do on a couple of my blogs is make them available for Guest Authors.
And I have no problem just posting a few sentences about a relevant news story, or stray thought, or comment on an interesting thread in a forum…I’ve begun thinking of my role more as an Editor, Aggregator, and Publisher of information.
And, mainly, have fun!
Best of Success,
Stephan

on of the best things you have made was without doubt moving from blogspot to your own hosted wordpress blog. Any serious blogger must do this change :)
