		<description>I forgot to add my comment about having a plan b. I never had a plan a when I started simple website design. Got messed up with those d___wysiwigs and THEN went back and started the RIGHT  way. As you can see I&#039;m not yet proficient with my planning skills. Thanks for the tips.:)</description>

		<description>Thats a great point Aaron. I didn&#039;t talk about it because I don&#039;t touched the economic aspect. But certainly, if you want to expend money on your business, you need to make a study of merchant, determining the ROI in addition of other aspects...</description>

I would add one additional step in the planning process: Evaluate the RIO (return on investment) of the project. This analysis is not always easy, but if you can&#039;t do it using a numeric formula, you still can probably estimate based on your best guesses, or analogous projects.

Once you know the RIO, compare it to the RIO of your other projects. In general, the project with the highest RIO should be the priority.
