My First Impression about PayPerPost

Written by Mr. Javo

Hey fellow bloggers, probably you have heard about payperpost in other blogs, but anyways, I’m going to give you my first impression about it. If you don’t know this service, let me introduce it: Payperpost is a service focused on blog advertising, which let you earn money with your blog by posting about campaigns. It is provided by IZEA, who host another services for bloggers like RealRank and Blogger’s Choise Awards.

What you will find by joining to PayPerPost ?

This is relative, because you can join as blogger and as advertiser. As advertiser, PayPerPost provide you the resources to promote your Web site, product, service or company, through a wide network of over 50,000 independent bloggers. By joining as advertiser, you will connect with bloggers to create buzz, build traffic, get product feedback, gain links, syndicate content and much more.

As blogger, you will find many opportunities to earn money with your blog. I see it perfect for beginners because there are many opportunities which pays between five and twenty dollars. Don’t feel bad if you are a problogger  , there is a place for you in this program too. In fact, the best paid opportunities are available for blogs with higher pagerank, getting paid between $100 and $300, that was what I noticed.

Bloggers, does your blog qualify?

To have your blog approved for Marketplace Opportunities, your blog must:

  • Be at least 30 days old, with at least 10 pre-existing posts written in the last 30 days.
  • Have chronological archives.
  • Contain content that is original to you and the blog.
  • Be a text/written content blog, meaning no message boards, websites, IM, photoblogs, vlogs, etc.
  • Have only one author.
  • Not include ‘no follow’ tags.
  • Be a blog written in the English language. We do make note of any blogs submitted in other languages so we may share those as we encounter Advertisers seeking them.
  • Not be a blog kept primarily for earning money.

However, you may accept opportunities through PPP Direct at any time by placing the PPP Direct Badge on your blog.

Conclusion

PayPerPost is a good service, for advertisers and bloggers, helping them to get the best benefits of the blog advertising. Promoting your products or earning money by writing posts, advertisers and bloggers win, getting what they want with this program.

If you are a blogger, I don’t recommend you to put all your coins in this program. In my case, I’m not a fan of programs of this type. I could write reviews, but it could not be my main source of money. I’m thinking that I will use what I earn with ppp to promote my blog by advertising on other blogs, but nothing more, what do you think  ?

  1. I agree with you. PPP is good. But you gotta not get caught up in the hype (that many do) about blogging about everything - just for money.
Stay true to yourself and it will be great!

  2. One problem with PPP for bloggers is that Google will penalize PPP blogs and drop your PageRank to 0 regardless of what your rank was previously.

Of course with the advent of RealRank it will not matter what your PageRank is to make money from PPP advertisers but if you’d like to keep your PageRank for other reasons, do watch out!

  6. I used to have PR 3 but after I took 5 oops from PPP, i was slapped with PR0. Just like other bloggers, I think we better savor the moment while it lasts. Take many oops as u can but those that are only relevant to your page or offers that you can only speak with authority. In that way, our page won’t get too monetized and abused.
